my eclipse video

my video from about 2 minutes before totality until a few minutes afterwards. the camera was pointed towards the north so rather than seeing the sun disappear you see the sky darken, the street lights come on and can hear the crowds reaction as the moon covers the sun

On the ground is where it gets weird, pitch dark with a 360 degree sunset.

This is a great video. Thanks!

That was much like the place my wife and I watched the eclipse from.

I loved the kid commentary too.

Your video gets close to the feeling, but I still find it difficult to explain just how strange the lighting was, coming, during, and going, and how the sun goes instantly from being too bright to look at, to the bluish ring of the corona which isn't uncomfortably bright and stars in the sky.
