Anybody else having trouble with Photobucket?

I am using it to make some minor changes to photos I'm including in my new photography portfolio website. Was reaching my limit on free space, so
opted for the $30./yr additional storage space yesterday morning. All afternoon yesterday--AFTER I paid--it was slow. This morning I can't even get on.

Anybody else having problems like that? Or could it be some setting on my laptop?

and the uploads are also taking longer than normal. I uploaded two or three pictures last night and it was slow so I imagine that the problem is worse when there are more people awake.

The sites that monitor accessibility indicate that photobucket is up and working...I reported it not working for me here.
