I wandered around the parking lots and found the infamous tomato. This was originally made for Tomatina's, a pizzeria. Tomatina's became the Tra Vigna pizzeria,which is still in business. The tomato was originally stationed near the road, but they had to move it back because it was literally a traffic stopper.


Merryvale shares the parking lot. This building houses the offices. Yikes! Look at that distortion. There are times when I really do need Lightroom.


The fountain marks the entrance to the winery.


I made a stop at the Olive Oil Factory and indulged in some black and white.

1. The Olive Oil Factory!

Man, I haven't been there in years. We used to go up there when I was a little kid. I can still in my mind the rail tracks in the floor for the olive press. Nice spot, tucked away.

We used to go up and get big slices of Fontina cheese that the guy would cut using a wire.
