survived for just another "few minutes". I'm glad you got to record it before it's all over. It looks like an ancient deteriorated poster somehow surviving. The bottom right edge has enough depth and shadow to tell me this may be so - the words I can make out do not suggest is is painted on.
However it was done, I'm intrigued and curious but mostly, as a sign professional, I appreciate the work, while as a photographer amateur, as always, I laud your artistry with the camera and light.

You can find really old ads on walls in all parts of the city. In midtown I remember having seen an ad for carriages - horse drawn ones - it was painted on the side of a building and looked as if it hadn't been seen in a VERY long time. Sadly I never got around to photographing it before it was hidden away yet again by a new building going up beside it.
