ATTENTION for the Fall Seasonal Photo Contest!

I am going to be traveling on December 1st and not have access to Wifi most of the day.
So, I will open the Fall Contest for Submissions on November 30th and hold them open for
a week. I've also decided not to take my laptop with me on this particular trip, so after
the thread for submissions is posted, I will not be reachable until Dec. 4th when I am home again.

If, for some spectacular reason--like everyone submits photos immediately--would someone
volunteer to close the submissions thread at 30 entries if we get there prior to Dec. 4th?

We had a trip planned to NY for longer--originally 12/1-6--and we were flying, and then going up on the train to visit our
youngest son at Yale. He was going to be playing drums in one of the Yale Cabaret's productions,
BUT his work/study assignments for his financial aide conflicted with the show dates. They refused to let him switch
shifts with anyone else to cover work/study, so he had to back out of playing drums. Definite bummer.

So..then we canceled our trip...thought about it...changed our minds and decided to just do two nights in NY. We are going on
the train--no wi/fi--and it takes all day up and all day back. So..no worries about weather/travel/getting stuck in
NY.

Yes, I will get Submissions started before I go and if, by chance, they fill before our return, that would be great if you would
close submissions and then I will post the threads when I return.

Takin' the train to mosey on up the East Coast - are you! That's great. Probably getting on in High Point, or Greensboro. Wish I could ride along, my grandson has a sublet room now in Brooklyn since his graduation, and I'd surely like to see him.
