headed up to the reservoir today

we needed to have a cookout and no one in the party (except for me) felt like spending a few hours in the car to get to our normal place, so we went to the state park just northwest of town (i'm in northern colorado).

well, hello there

the sun was right overhead and i couldn't see the view screen on the camera, but these aren't bad shots for basically shooting blind.

Sometimes it works that way, with view screen and shooting 'blind.' MAY get a different camera for next year, to avoid that problem.

When I saw them, I thought that would be a fun place for kids to play on. North east Colorado was nice, but southern Wyoming was desolate, dried up, and unfriendly.
