Took a little trip over the mountain today.

Calistoga, over Mt St helena to Middle Town to Lantry Estates Winery, formerly known as Guenoc Winery. I don't know how much land they have, but it's a lot and it's all fenced with white fencing. On the property is the house that Lily Lantgry once lived. You can tour the house once a year. Seems to me it's in May. It's furnished of the period, but doesn't contain any of her belongings.

It includes an extensive lake, that was full.

And my bird karma seems to be holding. I think this is a great blue heron, but, because of the white head, I'm not sure.

Yes, it was foggy today.

This will give you an idea of the extent of the estate. The house is center and slightly left. I once went to a Sherlock Holmes event at the winery, with a private tour of the house. We had wild boar that they had shot on the property.

are just amazing.
My favorite is the last one, it is so very peaceful in keeping with our theme this month.
Thank you - seeing this made my night even happier.
