Playing in Perfect Photo Suite

Original JPEG

I decided to play with masks. Straightened photo, erased annoying debris, created an oval mask to lighten bird.

Built on above basic image. another oval mask, then specific mask for bird to increase contrast, detail and brighten color. Finished with a vignette.

I think I would have been better off to skip the oval mask.

You got the correction right, but the oval mask was probably not the best way to apply them. An adjustment brush would have been better at restricting the changes to the bird.

only associated with vision instead....but I like the original better. I think it has more vivid color, and except for needing straightened, it looks good to me.

And you can sell me the cheapest speakers on the market and I probably won't know the difference.

I will probably go back and try to maintain the deeper color of the bird. Nice thing about Perfect Photo suite is it automatically create a copy to work on.

from trying to enhance photos. But don't take my word about whether your efforts worked or not. There is a reason that I am not an artist, and instead do accounting.
