*** Topic Suggestion Thread For August Contest***

Not sure of the timing needs for the August contest as it coincides I believe with the Seasonal (Summer) contest, but figured we should at least get the topic going and maybe someone can chime in with when I should time the submissions and contest.

There seems to be a lot of ongoing interest in the metal/chrome genre, so I'll throw that out there again.

I also had an idea for the word "august" which means: inspiring reverence or admiration; of supreme dignity or grandeur; majestic. Thought this might produce some interesting photo interpretations.

Also open to any suggestions from our great group.

Go easy on this first time contest host BTW.

and the submissions for the Summer contest should start September 1st. People should of been and still taking summer photos and thinking of what they might want to enter so it should not interfere with your contest at all.
