Christmas in Baltimore

There's a short block in Baltimore that has been having a block lighting for the past 66 years. All the houses on the block decorate and usually give a nod to certain things that Baltimore is known for (outside of drugs and murder). All of these were shot with a manual lens, so I didn't get too many images that were in focus.

Can't have Christmas lights without bokeh

didn't get a Flamingo or the hubcap tree. Guessing it is 34th street. I need to go see it again sometime. Haven't been since I was a little kid the first time I live in MD. You captured it beautifully.

And yes, it is 34th St. Thank you!

Funny story... for the life of me I couldn't figure out the whole flamingo thing. I got Natty Bo and Old Bay seasoning (and the crabs that were sprinkled around too) but the flamingos were alluding me. Then we were in a store with more flamingos and suddenly it all clicked together for me... I shouted "John Waters!" and everyone turned to look at me like I'd grown his pencil mustache. I couldn't believe it didn't click with me earlier since I'm a huge Waters fan.

I think I finally saw that on my third pass down the street. There was also a big Natty Bo beer can pouring beer into a draft glass on the front of someone's house but all the images I got of it were blurry.
