Surgery update

I just wanted to let you all know that I survived the surgery, but the cornea slipped a bit from it's centered position and I have to go back in on Monday to have it moved back to where it belongs. It should only take about 20 minutes, but I have to go through the whole sedation thing again. Dr. said it wasn't anything I did, just that sometimes this happens, maybe 10% of the cases.

The cataracts are gone out of that eye, though, and from what I can see (which isn't much) color has changed. My ceiling is a whole lot whiter than I thought it was.

How did you get to type this?

A bathroom break, or is your laptop suspended overhead?

It's great to hear from you!

an annoying but minor complication. I'm glad you can already tell a difference for the better.
You have been on my mind.

to hear of the slippage. Seems it and wrinkles happen more often than most of us thought. Use those drops if you have them to avoid the wrinkle. Take care of yourself and allow Hullboss to spoil you.

PS. Terry and I were going through the smuggy site so I could explain what I meant by layers to him. Your style is perfect for showing what I meant.

To dust the furniture as much.

Glad you are getting your "white balance" back.

I've had to watch my MIL lose her vision over the last few years (she's in her 80s now) and in her case they can't do anything. Really glad that things are going ok and hope Monday flies by smoothly. Keep us posted
