I framed these two too tightly; wish I had included some of the surrounding wall. Anyway...what's inside and what's outside?

(19,459 posts)My wife and I were in the city for the Louis Vitton Cup portion of the America's Cup. Her employer is one of the sponsors of the event, and she was staffing a booth they had there.
Anyway, they wouldn't let me in with my camera (no "professional-type" camera equipment allowed, even though mine is an inexpensive Nikon model). So, I spent about six hours walking the Embarcadero, and through the financial district.
Took lots of shots, but only a few I thought worth sharing.
However, having made the journey sans chapeau, I did capture the most incredible lobster-tan on my face and head.

(19,459 posts)It was a gorgeous day in the city, considering how cold and foggy it often is during the summer. It was in the mid-70's, clear, not much of a breeze. Great walking around weather.
I was really pleased with the window shots, even though I wish I had framed them better; about half of the visible objects were behind the glass in the restaurant, the rest are reflections of what was behind me when I took the photo.
