Or some other image hosting site, 800 pixels max on a side, 250k file size.Then you can copy the direct link and paste it to the message text on the submission thread.

When did the ability to hold contests get up and running again?

9. It's been a while.

I think we started doing it as soon as we were able to post polls.

The ability to no longer vote anonymously has turned some people off.

12. Yeah. I was the one who was crimped the most.

I bitched and carried on about it. Now I am my sweet accepting and docile self again.
Sometimes, rarely but nevertheless true, I don't get my way.

To fill you in: The contest was assembled, I was the host and holding 30 entries, and we had a new DU and no ability to poll. It took 6 months. Then I ran the contest with the old photos.
And with the surprise of a new system that no longer had private voting.

Mz Pip, you're going to New York on my birthday.
I would say: No fair. But I was just lucky, wasn't I.
Came home with wonderful memories, including the death defying ride in a just rented Mini-van through Manhattan by GPS, and two very expensive parking tickets.
It was wonderful.

Congratulations on your cast coming off. I felt for you!

13. Ah, the thrill of driving in Manhattan!

I feel like I'm putting my life on the edge every time I get into my son's car. The drivers there are so aggressive (including him.)

Thank you guys so much. I debated with myself whether to use it. It has a story I may share after the contest is over that touched my heart as well as gave me insight I did not have before.
