I've photographed this guy before, but today I had the good camera.
So our (my client's) resident hawk is sitting on the fountain enjoying a nice spring day.
Then he jumps in to clean up a little.
Jumps out to dry off a bit, and moves around the fountain rim.
Jumps in again. Not quite clean, I guess.
Back out for a fluff up.
Then he moves to the top of the fountain.
Where he takes off for a branch in the olive tree.
The bluejays take exception to this and harass him.
To the point where he says, the hell with it and takes off.
For parts unknown.
Apologies for the blurriness of the last two.
