At a track meet with my new-to-me lens

I just picked up a Canon 70-200 F4 off ebay for a really great price and had a little bit of a chance to try it at my daughter's track meet. Here's my favorite from tonight.

Little by little I'm upgrading my gear by finding bargains, hopefully I can keep improving my skill level along the way as well.

6. Just be careful! You may see a photo

taken be a certain lens and think "I've got to get that!,' and that may be true. But learn to use what you have under many circumstances, and you will be amazed! This knowledge may produce amazing photos! You may end up taking photos that you never thought possible in your wildest dreams that you could be taking with the equipment you already have. Just with the equipment that you are becoming familiar with!

Okay . . . just sayin'.
