It was on the radio the first time I had menage' a tois. I' High School...we cut that day. At Folsom Lake, tripping on acid, in my mom's yellow Pinto. Sodah and Sunshine who initiated the whole deal. I was very inexperienced. They weren't.
I hear that song and I transport back to that moment.

Ever jumped off that one bridge in Folsom, the one that's over the American River IIRC ... you know, the one everyone went to to jump off in the 70's and 80's ... people would hang out an party on the shore below it ... probably illegal now ...

From Salmon Falls bridge. Above the lake, on the south fork. We live about a mile from that one.
You might be thinking of Rainbow Bridge, which spans Lake Natoma, below Folsom Dam. Right in Town. (They built another bridge about 100 yards below Rainbow) People still jump. The fines are huge and there's a lot of eyes on it, so...
But yeah, as a river rat, I jumped, swinged, swooned, on all the bridges. I especially love the Old Fair Oaks bridge. Lots of stories there...
