(4,723 posts)1. One of the songs I have the earliest memory of hearing is " Doctor, My Eyes"
I was probably 4 years old. It was a warm sunny beautiful afternoon. I was riding with my dad to his parents house, and we were stopped at alight. Our windows were down, and the radio in the car next to us was playing "Doctor, My Eyes." I thought it was a song about his eyes being injured because the adults around me at the time would use "doctor" to mean attending to a wound. I've loved that song since.
