So, I'm reading Stevie Nick's latest biography and sought out their(band) first TV appearance

which is talked about in the forward of the book (Gold Dust Woman)

This was an appearance on the old Midnight Special series (that I vaguely recall)... Nicks and the rest of Fleetwood Mac start off very tentative. You can tell how nervous she is as Lindsey Buckingham nods at her. But something happens at midpoint after Buckingham's rousing guitar solo. It is like that last few minutes (of a nearly 7 min performance), Nicks BECAME Stevie Nicks and the rest of Fleetwood Mac, likewise.

I've always enjoyed Fleetwood Mac and especially Nicks, but I'm really glad this performance is available on youtube. Enjoy

I thought she looked nervous also - until the break.
Any idea what year this was?

He came on board after Peter Greene and Jeremy Spencer left.
Don’t think that lineup sold quite as many records as the Buckingham- Nicks lineup.
He was entertaining and obviously ripped out of his gourd. But I enjoyed it.
