I never tire of their music-I regret never seeing them live. Maybe He will recover and it can still happen-that is my Christmas wish-for his full recovery.

I listened to Canadian radio every day - so the first time I heard the Hip it was "Highway Girl" on the radio.

I sometimes wish I just heard of the Hip this year so I could discover all the great records. When I was first turned on to these guys there were only 2 records - Up to here and the EP

...and I feel more driven now that they may not continue as a band any more. It's impossible to imagine the band going on without their frontman-to me the heart and soul of the band, although they are all incredible.

Hope you had a Merry Christmas-it's still just barely Christmas here, for a few more minutes anyway.
