IRS's one last big check from REM. The little band that could was cool with it, IRS had just doubled the amount they got on their Warner Bros. deal.

I remember hearing this back in the day, and thinking what a breath of fresh air it was.

Loved their early un-produced garage band sound. Fast, raw, and so full of energy.

Here they are on Letterman, in 1983. Gotta love that all-Rickenbacker attack!
