I always loved this song, but it became very special to me when two days after burying my Dad, my husband and I went to the shelter and adopted a puppy. We had no ideas about a name, then I looked into those beautiful doggie eyes and out of the blue thought "Layla, darlin' won't you ease my worried mind...."
