It is one of the great flicks. Powell is, as always, wonderful. Lombard is, as always, wonderfully Lombard. However it is the supporting cast that makes this film so great. That, and a crackling script.
The best of the 1930's loony comedies, the one by which all others are measured.
Plus, it has the significant advantage of having a defenestration!
