1. I wholeheartedly recommend "Medium Cool" at 10pm . . .

I saw it when it came out. An incredibly disturbing film. The crew went to Chicago in '68 with the intent to film one story during the convention, then changed their focus when the police riot broke out around them. All the film footage on the streets is live action, interspersed with a story that increasingly revolves around the madness and chaos about them. A remarkable look at a sordid time in our history, touching on numerous topics that reverberate to this day.
