(11,843 posts)Google baked bacon. Use a baking pan with sides and a wire rack (adding aluminum foil makes clean up easier). You will never fry your bacon again.

I like my bacon crisp, it should be self supporting if lifted by one end. Limp bacon is the worst.
Unfortunately, I limit myself to the occasional BLT. I would like more, but...
