Google baked bacon. Use a baking pan with sides and a wire rack (adding aluminum foil makes clean up easier). You will never fry your bacon again.

I don't even have a self clean oven and it's my preferred method.

I like my bacon crisp, it should be self supporting if lifted by one end. Limp bacon is the worst.

Unfortunately, I limit myself to the occasional BLT. I would like more, but...

for breakfast anyway. The world has OD'd on bacon. I choose not to participate. I don't need a bacon flavored latte, thank you very much.

I don't like sausage. It makes me think that somebody is trying to serve up rotten meat on the sly.
