Prairie Home Companion show 10/14/17...

Todays show is quite good. Preservation Hall Jazz Band and George Saunders reading from 'Lincoln At The Bardo' were ah-may-zing. I'm planning on listening again tomorrow when the other local NPR station plays it.

The guy who Keillor passed the show to is a mandolin player named Chris Thile. He is a previous McArthur Fellow and the wiki article is interesting. He does have a fairly nice sense of humor & doesn't step on his guests. This is his second season on PHC.
