Hey DUers--let's set up a go fund me or something for CTyankee's book.

She mentioned "first come, first served" concerning the availability of
the book. I think there should be enough copies for everyone and more.
I don't know how to set up an account, but I would definitely donate.
CTyankee is a DU treasure.

Amazon self publishing it is print on demand so you don't have to order books on advance and it only costs when someone gets one

A friend had a go-fund-me page set up for her after her husband died. The person who set it up probably had good intentions, but she was very upset and ashamed. She wall full of grief and apologized to all of her facebook friends for the go-fund-me message and asked us not to donate.
