To be honest, I had no idea she was still with us! And, when I read up on her bio, WOW, she had an amazing career, and was working right up to 2013.

(18,503 posts)I can remember, hers was my favorite character when I watched The Dick Van Dyke Show as a preschooler. It was in syndication, and came on after Captain Kangaroo in the mornings. (late 60's)

(15,749 posts)Baby Rose Marie was featured in that movie, and sang some Blues tune like she owned it. She also was one of the opening acts when Bugsy Siegel's Flamingo Hotel opened in Vegas, and always held her own with Morey Amsterdam in the Dick Van Dyke show.
She's certainly had an interesting career and no doubt interesting life. Hope I make it to 94.

I love the back and forth between Buddy and Sally. They were the original Jack and Karen!!! LOL
