God would show his displeasure with something no one could predict like a small-handed orange megalomaniacal man-creature/hair symbiote winning the presidency.

Like that would ever happen.

....He, or She, has been stuffing that anger for at least 18 years. I say that because my ephemeris lists eclipses, both solar and lunar, between 1940-2040. The copyright date says 2001. So we've known about this particular eclipse for at least that long, if not longer.

That's a long time to be angry, years before the fact. The obvious question would be, why doesn't God, being God, just take DJT out now, or not let him "win" the election in the first place? But yeah, I know...God works in mischievous ways.

Also, the eclipse means nothing by itself, it needs another transiting planet to set it off. Which would likely be Mars or Mercury around September 2-5th. We shall see.

when sending messages?

Religious types have said that hurricanes and earthquakes are signs from god. Oklahoma has had a bunch of earthquakes lately. What have they done and why aren't they listening?

If the deity had something to say, let it use skywriting. Humans have mastered it - why can't he?
