4. I was in Little Tokyo Los Angeles one day

and stumbled across his autobiography in a used bookstore there. I bought it for about three dollars. It has his autograph in it!
Not surprising with all the work he's done there specifically and living in LA.

(pro tip: If you're in Little Tokyo and drunk enough it's almost like actually being in Tokyo.)
