(814 posts)and by stainless steel i mean the post too. the posts tend to be the size of studs or a little bigger, but they don't tarnish or corrode the way the surgical steel ones do.

(6,530 posts)I used to be able to put any old earring in. Heck, I could probably have found a paper clip in the street and worn that. I've become more and more sensitive, though, and now I have to use alcohol or peroxide on any earrings I want to wear.
It is a little weird.
