Do you ever feel like you're one of the characters in "The Sixth Sense,"

one of the dead people who don't know they're dead? It's been that kind of week. I've got various things going on and I've been sending out emails and leaving phone messages for people, but I'm not hearing back from any of the people who I thought would be most likely to reply within a few days, at least. It's really frustrating. I know my email and phone are working, so now I'm wondering whether I'm actually dead and just haven't figured it out yet.

If nobody responds to this post I'll know for sure.

2. It's business stuff, which makes it all the more surprising

that I'm not hearing back from people (I wouldn't be surprised at being ignored on personal stuff, since that's been the story of my life). But thanks for responding; at least now I know I won't have to go out and haunt anybody.
