Mmmm, fizzy cold brew.
I've been making cold brew coffee for a while now and I love it. I saw an article on Lifehacker on how to make fizzy cold brew and, natch, it was way more complicated a process than I cared to try. Instead, I filled a tall glass with 1/3 cold brew and the rest with Ginger Ale.
Loved it and if I give the mix a little stir it forms a lacy foam head.
Right now I'm drinking cold brew mixed with root beer. It tastes very chocolatey.
