(26,602 posts)prey to potato chip crumbs and a variety of other food scraps). Do you have some compressed air to try and blow any obstructions out of the keyboard? Or turn it upside down and give a good but not overly-violent shake. Sometimes I try to work the corner of a piece of paper around and under the edges of the keys, but I'm not sure that's really best/recommended practice. You may also be able to remove the keys for cleaning, depending on the model.
* By "occasionally," I mean pretty much every day!
