(1,109 posts)Put sea salt, ground black pepper, a HUGE diced up beefsteak tomato and about 2lbs of hickory smoked pork loin in it. Yeah. I used hickory. And you can get that wussy applewood outta my face before i have to do something to you. SOMETHING BAD.
Also i put a couple of tablespoons of chili powder in there. Gonna let it cook all night. I will let you know tomorrow how it came out.
Also i diced half a vidalia onion too.. But not applewood. Seriously. F*** applewood.
