The wife of a coworker was in a serious accident yesterday morning. She's in critical condition and it doesn't look good. His life is shattered.

My motto has always been, "Tomorrow will be exactly like today. Until suddenly one day, it's not."

We worry about and plan for the "big things" in life, yet the big things always sneak up on us suddenly, and completely unexpectedly.
