(14,628 posts)he has been trapped, neutered (or spayed if a female) and released. And although he may be feral, that doesn't mean he's homeless. This cat may have a nice life.
There are 7 semi-feral cats who live on my property. All have been TNR-ed. They receive 2 nice meals per day, including individual bowls of wet food. A couple of them are kind of tubby. They receive check-ups with the vet, when I can catch them. They can go under my house for relief from the rain and heat, and during the winter, they have access to my garage, where each one has a nice, dry bed.
Sometimes they look a little scruffy and bedraggled. They live outdoors. But they are very much loved.
