It is called "Today I Will" and I remember it was written by a woman.
It's about 12-14 lines long, and has lines similar to this:
Today I will
Criticize less, praise more.
And all the other lines are in a similar format.
I've googled and I can't find it.

(12,157 posts)Today...I'll look outside myself
If only for awhile
I'll overlook my pain
To make another smile
Today...I'll look outside myself
To see another's grief
And I'll sit quitely and listen
Perhaps bringing some relief
Today...I'll look outside myself
And see from a child's eyes
The beauty and the joy
That all around me lies
Today...I'll look outside myself
I'll twist the hands of fate
Practice random acts of kindness...
I hope I'm not too late!

(205,787 posts)Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace!
That where there is hatred,
I may bring love.
That where there is wrong,
I may bring the spirit of forgiveness.
That where there is discord,
I may bring harmony.
That where there is error,
I may bring truth.
That where there is doubt,
I may bring faith.
That where there is despair,
I may bring hope.
That where there are shadows,
I may bring light.
That where there is sadness,
I may bring joy.
Lord, grant that I may seek rather to comfort,
than to be comforted.
To understand,
than to be understood.
To love,
than to be loved.
For it is by self-forgetting that one finds.
It is by forgiving that one is forgiven.

(12,157 posts)here are you? Where are you, little girl with broken wings but full of hope?
Where are you, wise women covered in wounds? Where are you?
Today is the day I will not sit still and give in anymore.
Today I rise.
I am bruised but I will get up and walk again.
Today I rise.
I dont care if you ignore my beauty.
Today I rise.
Through the agony of my darkest nights, I heal and thrive.
Today I rise.
I move through the world with confidence and grace.
I open my eyes and Im ready to face my wholeness as a woman and my limitless capabilities.
I will walk my path with audacity.
Today I rise.
I reconnect with the many aspects of myself.
Im in awe of the reality I create.
I am a queen, I am a healer,
A wise woman, a wild woman.
I will rise and be.
I am a rebel,
I will wake up and fight.
I am a mother and I am a child.
I will no longer disguise my sadness and pain.
I will no longer suffer and complain.
I am black and I am white.
Theres no reason to hide.
Where are you? Where are you?
I call upon Cali to kiss me.
I transform my anger into power.
No more heartache or strife.
The world is missing what I am ready to give:
My wisdom, my sweetness, my love and my hunger for peace.
I weep with the trees and the rivers,
And the earth in distress.
I rise and shine and am ready to go on my quest.
Today I rise without doubt or hesitation.
Today I rise without excuses, without procrastination.
Today I will call upon my sisters to join a movement of resolution and concern.
Today is my call to action and I will fulfil my mission without further distraction.
Today is the day.
Today I will start to offer the world the wisdom of my heart.

(1,110 posts)This is from a February 2014 blog post by Debbie McDaniel:
My goal for today
13 things:
Pray more, worry less,
Laugh more, stress less,
Hug more, hurry less,
Listen more, talk less,
Love more, judge less,
Dream more, fear less,
Play more, rush less,
Trust more, panic less,
Treasure more, strive less,
Praise more, criticize less,
Give more, hold on to less,
Forgive more, harbor less.
Enjoy more, compare less.
Another is the Pledge of the "Good Cheer Club" by Blanche Herbert
I will talk health instead of sickness.
I will talk prosperity instead of failure.
I will carry good news instead of bad news.
I will tell the cheerful tale instead of the sad tale.
I will mention my blessings instead of my burdens.
I will speak of the sunshine of yesterday and tomorrow instead of the clouds of today.
I will encourage instead of criticize.
I will be a friend to everyone.
