So Cal flooding has closed the end of my street.

A picture I just took from my front porch. The street I live on bends around the corner to the left. At the bend, the water is almost up to the front doors. If the area floods it shows up here at the corner of the tract. This is the worst it's been in 15-20 years.

In So Cal this is a fairly rare occurrence, and luckily it looks like the storm has almost past, so our neighbors should be spared some water damage, but I got to sandbag the crawl space entrance in the back yard, even though it is almost a certainty the crawl space is already flooded.

You guys stay safe, you hear?

Suddenly our little hill looks mighty good.

The soil's pretty sandy where you are, so it should drain down well.
