I buy Captain Morgan the cutest little toy critters to play with.

Nope he wants an elastic, or the plastic tear off of a plastic bag. To him the garbage can in my livingroom is his toybox. And there is always something new and novel in there to bring to me so I can throw it across the room and he can cat fetch it. LOL! How do you entertain your pet(s)?

Great ideas. Some I've tried. What are catnip bubbles you speak of. applegrove Jan 2017 #2

stick with feathers on it
catnip, which I sprinkle on a rug and let them roll around on. Then I shake it out, once they've suitably entertained themselves.
chase 'em. They love to be chased.
take them outside for a short period of time and let them sit in a cat cage (indoor cats)
feed squirrels and birds so they can look at them out the window
give them interesting things to sniff
hold them and walk around to all the windows and let them look out
blow catnip bubbles and let them chase them
brush them. They love to be brushed.

well, they make the bubble formula with catnip in it! Suggestion: schedule this for a sunny day and in a room with a floor you intend to wash anyway!

They love to chase the bubbles and also to watch them land and then go "poof!"

I also chase her around the house or she chases me. I also play fetch with her with a small piece of paper rolled into a ball. I just got a little kitten a bit before Christmas and boy does she like to play. Cardboard boxes are also always good.

Peace
