Are the stars in some kind of freaky alignment. For a laugh...

I love my OB/GYN. His small practice has seen me through 2 babies, 2 miscarriages, several years of IF treatment, and endometrial cancer. That being said, he's old, so he added some new blood to his practice in the way of 4 younger docs, some of whom believe in direct marketing to patients.

I got an email from them, thought it was something record related. Nope, it was email from them trying to sell me.....

Vag1n@l microdermabrasion
"using the same methods used to treat facial skin...almost painless procedure"
(keyword there is "almost&quot

There's even a patient rewards program where you and a friend can receive a hundred bucks off your treatments (a girl's night out!) ....and Holiday Gift Certificates are available (think I'll buy some for stocking stuffers). Share and like us on Facebook for Cyber Week specials!

Sorry, there is NO WAY IN HELL I want to sandblast my hooha. I think I may need to look for another practice. I am sooooooo not feeling these emails.

It does make me wonder tho.....I was sent to a gyn clinic, headed by some male doc who struck me as bit Hollywood
( way out here in the very rural old timey South)
and his office/waiting room was plastered with signs and handouts and flyers for weight loss drugs.

Pretty strange, never have seen advertising for treatments/drugs in a dr. waiting room before.

"The cure is worse than the affliction"...
I think you've hit upon one of the key examples there.
