Kentucky is ideal for Skittles: Flip-flops are *banned* for State employees. I mean "shower shoes".
NIETZSCHE said that we should self-examine thoroughly, not just accept wherever we were born or what culture we grew up in; figure out what climate, foods, culture, and everything else are best suited to us, and then take ourselves off and away to wherever on earth those things are natural. So, it looks like it's Kentucky for you-know-who.
