Anyone know how to deal with deadbeat bidders on eBay?

I've had to deal with not one but two deadbeat bidders trying to sell an item and the last one resulted in me having to reenlist the item, and this one not only did it sell, but the buyer refused to pay and insulted me after I sent multiple e-mails and invoices out requesting payment. I have sent a support ticket to eBay and reported the buyer for being abusive, but is there anything else I can do?
