I see stuff about Conan O'Brien all the time but almost never anything about Jimmy Fallon.

How bad did Comcast/NBC mess up on that switcheroo?

He's pretty funny now and again, but I remember Carson and what the Tonight Show 'used to be' and Fallon just didn't seem to have the authority/experience to be given such an iconic show.

But, I'm not the head of NBC (thought I was an editor there for a year).

Always loved Conan, and was pulling for him to keep it over Leno.
