Ever taken a skinful of IV Benadryl?

Ten hours later and I'm still so relaxed I can barely sit up. (I get it along with my fix of Remicade once every 6 weeks. It stops any allergic reaction symptoms. Works great!)

Ain't modern medicine wonderful?

It does sedate me but it gives me insomnia at the same time. If I take it before bed I won't be getting much sleep.

The sleep aids made with diphenhydramine keep me up all night but it sure is good for allergies.

It's been years since I've taken Benadryl orally, and never IV. Using the cream often these day, anti-mosquito bite.

True story. Full body poison ivy toxic shock for a week, blood pressure 156, predisone not working, called the emt's, was admitted for 3 days: IV stearoids.

Now, I understand drug addiction. Benadryl. Yes!
