On a positive note, I've lost about 30 pounds since April 19th.

I hadn't seriously started watching my weight closely until a couple of weeks ago. I was just working hard and dropping some weight because of that until recently. I was at around 350 in April. I hopped in the scales today and was at 319.4. My official weigh-in isn't until tomorrow for myfitnesspal.com. If you'd like, you can look me up over there and send me a friend request. Just tell me who you are here at DU. My handle over there in Tobin1972. If you make friends over there, there is a lot of good support.

It's a twenty minute video, and it's well worth the view. Particularly if you have a lot of weight to lose.

13 times I got down and up off the floor yesterday! May not be able to do a single pushup, but 13 times off the floor is a hell of an accomplishment for me!
