I was wondering how in the hell does that even happen? Were they pointing out to their friends at the store how the company made a mistake and printed the text above it upside down? Or were they just oblivious?

Her last name was "Woods" and after a couple of mysterious losses the lady who unloaded the kilns said "No, the only ones we have are by someone named "Spoom."
