in San Francisco or Berkeley and I have not been to live music by a name act since 1994 or live music at all since 2003.

I went for several years (68-70) to a small (125 students) boarding school near San Francisco and two years ahead of me was a musician still active in the Austin music scene. I doubt if he recalls me. He is Floyd Domino once of Asleep at the Wheel (that is not his real name and he is Jewish not country in origin).

Asleep at the Wheel was 2nd billed to Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airman for New Years Eve 1974 or 1975?? at Keystone Berkeley on University Avenue. I went with two high school friends and our gfs. Domino is one of their Facebook friends and they are two of the five friends I have on Facebook (which I really do not use and one of them called me and said to sign up so I could view pictures he posted, hence I have seldom used Facebook account. I wish them happy birthday and made a comment when he posted my picture and that is 5 posts in 2 years).

Commander Cody at Armadillo World Headquarters IIRC was their newest album at the time of that New Years show.
