Movie Deal and Recommendation.....

Movie of the Week on iTunes is "Where to Invade Next"... it's only 99cents to rent for a day.

I hadn't seen it yet; I thought it was awesome. I watched it twice and I made my teenage sons watch it too!

What a great movie. If you haven't seen it, see it!

We can do better. As a teacher, I was most interested in the subjects involving schools. Free university!

Moore showed wonderful lunches served on breakable plates, lunch that was an hour and considered a class in nutrition and an introduction to French values. The saddest part was when the French elementary students were shown pictures of a typical United States school lunch. They were not impressed, to say the least.

One more thing. When the movie focused on schools in Finland, I realized that I'm not an American teacher. I'm a Finnish teacher.
