The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsAnother shameless post about my babies
I don't really have a good reason for posting more pictures of my little guys. I just have so many of both of them I thought I would share. So here are a few from yesterday.
This is the first thing I saw when I woke up yesterday morning. I really think Charlie is plotting something but I haven't figured out what.

This was around lunch time. I was trying to eat a sandwich when they both decided to come sit with me.

This was a little later.

And this was last night when Charlie decided that he wanted to play.

(12,674 posts)There is a reason we call her "The Goblin". Part of it is the air of concentration she exhibits whenever we're doing anything, the way her golden-green eyes dilate in her kitten face with the over-sized ears while she's focusing.
She absolutely has to know what's going on and launches herself into (literally) everything we're doing. Including in the kitchen sink(several times) during dishwashing, on my back to climb up to my shoulder while I'm cooking or at the kitchen counter, or washing dishes, etc. She plays fetch and terrorizes the other cats. She pulls dirty laundry out of the laundry basket and strews it all over the house - dirty underwear is apparently makes the best toys. She sneaks up on people, especially guests, and steals any food that's been put down or drinks from their cups when they aren't looking. She especially seems to like porters and stouts. She hides in drawers and jumps out to grab wrists or shirt ends as you walk by. She loves to knock small items off high shelves, as if she's contemplating some sort of gravitational or ballistic theorem.
She is plotting on how to get up to the HVAC diverter in the front room, even though it's 7 ft. away from the nearest shelving unit up in the 10 ft. high ceiling.
She is The Goblin. She's 8 months old and 9 lbs of long, lean kitten. She'll probably top out in the normal weight of 15 - 17 lb range when she grows into her ears, paws, and tail.
Kittens. It's an adventure every day.

(4,640 posts)that's easy! Didn't you know all cats are Evil Overlords? The kittens are Evil Overlords in training!

(1,728 posts)But I totally believe it. Charle is two pounds of pure evil genius. Artie not so much. But he tries.
