Um, you might want to consider something a bit healthier...

Steaks are great, but full of fat and they can increase your chance of a heart attack when you eat one. As for fries, they're worse. NO nutritional value at all.

I avoid fries like the plague.

There are lots of healthy and delicious foods out there!

I adore eating a green salad with broiled salmon on top. There's a hotel in New York where we typically stay when we go overseas, and they have the best salmon salad I ever ate. I make a point of having it when we're there!

Happy Choosing!

Salad (Chicken or Steak)
Leafy greens, topped with fries, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, egg wedges and your choice of chicken or steak.

My favorite dressing for this was blue cheese.

No, fries. Yes, green salad with broiled salmon. Excellent choice. I have been trying to advise all my friends and family to stay away from red meat and fried foods. Maybe I am biased since I am a vegetarian, not totally, because I do eat fish.

If you are in a Chinese restaurant, just don't do the steak and fries! Same for Italian restaurant, seafood restaurant, Mexican restaurant.....I guess you get my drift.

American food is so less interesting that cuisines from other parts of the world.

Start with some tom yum

Next some spicy papaya salad

then some chicken patai and kang karree curry
